Michael and Lucie – Barolin Farm Weddings – 24th September 2022.
“A hidden gem in the heart of North Yorkshire” is the description of both Barolin Farm Weddings and Lucie, the beautiful ray of sunshine who married her handsome Michael, with his soothing Irish lilt!
What an awesome ceremony this was as we were all cocooned within the “arms” of the walled garden with the ancient willow tree as the stunning backdrop.
Michael and Lucie, unbelievably, share the same surname of Brown/Browne before they married but now they are both Browne – with that all-important ”e”!!
And we just completed the beautiful wedding ceremony before those first few drops of autumnal rain began – timed to PERFECTION in every way.

Where to begin when I have so many positives to say.
My husband and I always loved the aesthetics of a church wedding but felt hypocritical as we are not church goers.
We had been to a few celebrant-led weddings and loved how personal the ceremony was to the couple being wed – however, Helen absolutely exceeded all our expectations in the magic she so kindly delivered!
You can tell the hours of work and thought that Helen spends on your ceremony, including the time spent with you as a couple – finding out interesting tales, stories and what is important to you both, to so cleverly add into your ceremony.
Helen was incredible at sending drafts of her amazing work so we all knew it was perfect and exactly what we wanted.
My Grandma is a true traditionalist and really struggled with the idea of a ceremony not being in a church …she has now said it is one of the most beautiful ceremonies she has seen!!
Guests were talking all day about how much they loved the ceremony and most importantly, my husband and I loved every second!!
Helen’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious to everyone around her and she is exceptional at her job!
The biggest thank you possible, Helen
You are such a wonderful person and we adore you and cannot thank you enough!
Michael and Lucie xx
